Paddy teaches from his home in Queen Mary Road, SE19 3NP. The teaching room is equipped with amps, guitars, ukuleles, loop pedals, a few cool gadgets and a large screen TV where you can go over the more complex parts of the lessons using helpful visuals. If you are driving to the lessons, Paddy has free parking available on the entire road, day or night. If coming by bus, you can take the 468, 196, 68, 249 or the 417 which stops one minutes’ walk from the studio. Finally, if you’re arriving by train, then the closest stop is West Norwood, which is just a 10-15 minute walk away, or Streatham Hill where you can take the 417 to right outside his road.
Paddy is a guitar tutor who specialises in training beginners and intermediates and helps them approach the instrument from an all-encompassing style. His teaching covers everything from the fundamentals to the tricks and secrets that help you express yourself and bring out the rock star inside you. He has taught all ages, from 6 to 60-year olds and takes music theory seriously but above all wants to bring students to the level where they can write and play the music they love.
YGA's guitar lessons are either 60 or 45 minutes long, and can always be booked in at a time convenient to you. All our tutors teach up until 9pm on weekdays, so after-work times are not a problem. Many of our guitar teachers london also offer weekend availability. Prices are as follows...
