Your Guitar Academy is now offering guitar lessons Lewes Road Brighton. Our guitar tutor in that area, Mark, is an extremely motivated, dedicated and experienced tutor ready to help improve your guitar playing.
We offer a no obligation £10 trial lesson to allow you to come along, meet Mark in Lewes Road, have a chat about your guitar lesson goals and aims, look over our course material and basically get you started.
Mark is based on Richmond Road, BN2 3RL and teaches from a home studio filled with various guitars, pedals and amplifiers for all styles of music. The location is a 15-minute walk from Brighton station, or if you are travelling by car, you can park for free in the Sainsbury's car park only 5 minute's walk away! There is also a bus station directly outside Sainsbury's if you are travelling by bus.
First learning the guitar at the age of 13, Mark soon realised his passion for the instrument. Through various experiences at school, university and many musical endeavours, he has acquired a large amount of valuable information of the guitar. Mark has had experience in teaching all ages and all abilities. He strives to continuously help each of his students achieve their goals by finding enjoyable material to inspire motivation after each lesson. Though Mark's main strengths are in rock, metal, shred and prog, he has had success in both playing and teaching other genres such as: blues, indie, RnB, jazz and some classical . He is also able to teach bass to beginner to intermediate students. By taking numerous music theory exams, Mark is able to help students with any theory questions they may have, and help prepare them for any exams of their own.
