Your Guitar Academy is now offering guitar lessons Brixton South London. Our guitar tutor in that area, Patrick, is an extremely motivated, dedicated and experienced tutor ready to help improve your guitar playing.
We offer a no obligation £10 trial lesson to allow you to come along, meet Patrick in Brixton, have a chat about your guitar lesson goals and aims, look over our course material and basically get you started. To arrange the trial lesson simply contact us via one of the formats below:
Patrick teaches from his very cool professional studio on Leander Road, Brixton (SW2 2LH). The studio has everything you would ever want in a guitar lesson! Plenty of guitars, bass guitars, amps and recording software. Patrick presents the studio to be very welcoming for students and is a great environment to learn in. If you are travelling via train, he is just a 15-minute walk from Brixton station. If by car, there is pay and display parking on the road, making it easy to quickly park and get started with your lesson. As for the bus, you have a huge amount of options, including the 45, 59, 109, 118, 133, 159, 250, 333, N109 & N133. These all stop at the Blenheim Gardens stop.
Patrick has been teaching guitar for many years, as well as being a very active and impressive session guitar player. What is a session player? Well, it is a talented musician who plays for other singers or bands, both live and in the studio. To give you just a few examples of the people Patrick has played with, Mary J Blige, Robbie Williams, Anastasia, Craig David and Lionel Richie. Wow! The playing CV speaks for itself, and as a tutor, Patrick is just as skilled. He is a true master of the instrument but knows how to break down the guitar so that everyone can learn. His years of experience teaching beginners through to advanced players ensure exactly that. A lovely guy and a very awesome addition to our team of tutors!
YGA's guitar lessons are either 60 or 45 minutes long, and can always be booked in at a time convenient to you. All our tutors teach up until 9pm on weekdays, so after-work times are not a problem. Many of our guitar teachers london also offer weekend availability. Prices are as follows...
